As we open our store for the first time to the public, we're actively following the latest developments about the COVID-19 outbreak. We want to keep you informed about how it might impact your orders, so follow this FAQ for current updates.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there are significant delays in order processing and shipping. Below are the estimated processing times for our products during this time. This information can also be found in our FAQ's & Store Policies page. Please note, these are ESTIMATES and not guaranteed processing times.
We work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Our fulfillment partner is also partnering with backup facilities to help manage order volume, and routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently.
A Majority of our products are shipping from the USA. However, there are some exceptions for certain products that are shipped/developed in Europe & Mexico. We don't currently expect significant stock shortages for most of our product categories. We have identified which materials we source from affected areas and are preparing with extra stock and alternative supplier options where possible.
We are also extending our order cancellation policy. If your order has not started processing with our supplier, we can cancel your order for a refund of the item(s) in question up to 15 days after the order has been placed. Please contact us here if this applies to your order.
Delivery carriers are making their best effort to allow as little contact as possible when dropping off packages. If you are able to accept contact-less delivery, please do so with your local carrier.
As of right now, we are not shipping to the countries listed below. This list is subject to change, and countries can be added or removed at any time. We recommend following the news for any regional shipping changes. Shipping carriers will let them know whether deliveries will stop in other affected countries and when services will resume. We'll post updates here as we get them.
